24-Hour Live-In Support is a choice for many older adults who wish to remain in their own home. Often, the caregiver family does not have sufficient resources to meet all the senior care needs yet the aging senior is reluctant to move away from their home. For this reason, care is provided around the clock for the health, safety and well-being of the individual.

A clinical Care Manager conducts senior care assessment and identifies all the care needs.

A private duty nurse aide lives in the home and provides care, support, and friendship.

The family is kept well informed by frequent communication between Care Manager and the family caregiver.

The in home support monitors all changes in health status reporting frequently to the clinical professional.

The personal care assistant will contact the private duty nurse when any changes of condition occur insuring appropriate health management.

Each personal assistant is carefully screened with competency tests, reference verifications, background investigations, and criminal record checks.
